Say hello to my favourite bit-part characters – dubbed Ichi, Ni and San*, because what else are you going to call a trio of bandits confronting a wandering swordsman? XD I love these dorks, and am seriously considering doing a sidestory about their grand adventures at some point – though that would most likely end up being a Patreon-exclusive thing, or possibly something I’d sell on Gumroad.
Speaking of ways to support me – I do invite you to head on over to Patreon and consider becoming a supporter. Grassblades is a labour of love, but even those become a little easier when they earn enough to support my serious tea-habit.
*) The pun, for those who didn’t get it, is that Ichi, Ni and San translate to one, two and three in Japanese. I know, I know, I’m hilarious.
MASAHIRO IS GOING TO KILL THEM. NO ONE CHALLENGES THE MASAHIRO AND LIVES.
What else are you going to call …
How about Huey, Dewey and Louie?
So, it would be something like Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead?
Having only ever *heard* of Rosencrantz and Guildernstern Are Dead, I don’t know how similar it would be, actually! It’d mostly be comical misadventures, failed career choices and, uh, random acts of baking.
Your naming of the trio kinda reminds me of Eiko and Biko for students in anime
When in doubt, go with the easiest naming-scheme! XD
My first thought reading this page is that those bandits must be really dumb or really desperate. We’ve got a scarred grumpy man who’s obviously a warrior and dressed in ratty clothes: what are the odds that he could possibly have a haul worth the risk?
Even if they survive Masahiro, I don’t think these guys are long for this world.
